During my questions, they were very honest around certain areas may require a specialized professional opinion which I really appreciated. I definitely had some stupid questions like where my dry vent was on the outside wall and how to spot a clog which they patiently answered. They also showed me where the water shut off is and other key areas in the home to ensure I was fully familiar.
