I definitely had some stupid questions like where my dry vent was on the outside wall and how to spot a clog which they patiently answered. They also showed me where the water shut off is and other key areas in the home to ensure I was fully familiar. As a new homeowner, I love the digital report I received with very clear pictures and write ups on everything from major to minor callouts. It even included callouts on pieces that I might want to check on yearly and pictures of where to find in the home.

The customer service was good and responsive too, everytime I called the 24/7 number, it was answered very quickly and all the questions were answered. Much much better service and quality inspection than what I experienced before with other inspection companies. I would recommend them to everyone and would hire them again whenever needed.
